Val Ramirez is an urban healer sacred life specialista and lover of life.  Her roots run deep and she is a conscious conduit for the divine.  Some of her teachings have been garnered through many years of professional studies as well as personal experience and studies in yogic, shamanic, qigong and several other hands on healing traditions.  Additionally, Val has worked as a bus driver, social worker, psychotherapist and spiritual life coach.  Her mission in life is to teach love.  She believes that the greatest healing is the revealing of our true nature and its cultivation.  She specializes in supporting people to Live Everyday Sacred through individual and group work.
