Breathwork is a meditative and healing practice that uses an activating breath at a comfortable – yet faster – than regular pace. It is beneficial for accessing greater clarity and awareness, releasing energetic blocks, shifting negative thoughts, and many, many more positive effects. Many students experience profound shifts after beginning this practice.
After a short introduction to the technique, students are guided through a two-part circular breath followed by blissful meditation set to a curated playlist. Occasional musical guest accompaniment will include gong, drumming, or soundbath – check Facebook @breathworkwithcj for announcements.
